Cancellation and Return Policy
1. General Descriptions
1. 1 The ITEM2PIN Membership Agreement, ITEM2PIN Terms of Use and the distance sales contract rules signed for the relevant product are valid for the digital products and services you perform through ITEM2PIN.com.
1.2. ITEM2PIN is a Seller and Service Provider for digital products you purchase directly, such as Epin. However, for services such as marketplace brokerage services where buyers and sellers are brought together, ITEM2PIN is only an intermediary service provider and mediates electronic commerce activities by bringing the parties together.
2. Cancellation, Return and Withdrawal Rights in Epin and Digital Product Sales
2.1. Since "Contracts regarding services instantly performed in an electronic environment or intangible goods instantly delivered to the consumer" and "service contracts whose performance begins with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal" are accepted as exceptions to the right of withdrawal in Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation; buyers do not have the right of withdrawal in terms of e-pins and other digital products sold by ITEM2PIN.
2.2. Limited to game coins (Goldbar-Yang etc.), for products that have not yet been delivered despite the order process having started, the order can be canceled through the live support tool on the ITEM2PIN.com website until the moment of delivery.
3. Buyer's Right to Cancellation, Return and Withdrawal in Marketplace Shopping
3.1. "Contracts regarding services instantly performed in an electronic environment or intangible goods instantly delivered to the consumer" and "service contracts whose performance begins with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal" in Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation Since "service contracts that are started to be performed with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the withdrawal right period" are accepted as an exception to the withdrawal right in Article 15(h), buyers do not have the right of withdrawal in terms of game items sold through the ITEM2PIN platform or other digital products offered within the scope of the marketplace service.
3.2. If the Buyer or Seller does not deliver the product within the periods specified in the "Marketplace Service" title of the Membership Agreement within the scope of the marketplace service, the cancellation procedures stipulated in the relevant service condition shall be applied.
3.3. ITEM2PIN is a virtual platform operating as a "Home Provider" and "Intermediary Service Provider" and is not the owner of the Digital Material. It does not have any relationship/title as a seller, supplier, manufacturer-importer, dealer or similar with respect to the products in the advertisements published on the Platform. The sole addressee for all kinds of requests, including returns, regarding the product purchased by the Buyer is the Seller offering the product for sale. No request can be made to ITEM2PIN regarding any inconvenience that may occur regarding the product order.
4. Right of Cancellation, Return and Withdrawal Regarding Other Services
4.1. Since "Contracts regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" in Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation and "service contracts whose performance begins with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal" in Article 15(h) are accepted as exceptions to the right of withdrawal; the intermediary service, publisher support service, platform balance service and related commissions offered by ITEM2PIN are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, and it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal, request cancellation or return after benefiting from these services.
